Check the lowest prices (or "street prices") on the Net. These are the current prices submitted by retailers. There are a lot of ways to use this scanner. It's worth the time to get familiar with it. Start by doing a search for a product you're interested in, such as "lexmark jetprinter" (without the quotes, all lower case). If you know the model, include that in your search. Don't always depend on this exclusively. Note also that prices change daily, so it can pay to keep checking back. I have found things on sale or elsewhere on the net at prices sometimes significantly lower than the lowest price listed here. So don't assume that the prices listed here are always the lowest. (5/00 I have seen Lexmark 3200s for $99.95 as opposed to $127 listed here).
Price Watch is another tool to use to check the latest "street" prices. Prices are submitted to Price Watch by retailers.
Buy.com is easy to work with (user "friendly"), has product information and pictures of many products, and good product selection. They have free shipping days once a month.
Yes, they're often the best buy on the Internet too! Best Buy is a big name "brick and mortar" (B&M) store (physically existent, as opposed to exclusively Internet based) that also has one of the best "e-commerce" websites of the B&Ms. They usually meet or beat the prices of the other B&Ms, and often have lower prices than most Internet stores. Most of the big name stores have websites. For most stores, you can usually just type in"www.[storename as oneword].com", and you'll get their website. "www.jcpenny.com" for JC Penny, for instance. That goes for Sears, Walmart, KMart, Office Depot, Staples, Comp USA, Service Merchandise, Burdines (no computer stuff, but good prices on clothes!), etc.
Low cost printer supplies, hi res. & photo quality paper & card stocks, compatible printer cartridges, FREE shipping. Do not order the cartridge refill kits -- These are very difficult & messy to work with, and not worth the time, in my opinion. Test their paper stocks out on your printer with a small order before ordering in quantity.
